Neighborhood Assistance Tax Credit Program

 The overall objective of the Pennsylvania Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) is to revitalize neighborhoods and communities through the creation of an effective partnership between community-based organizations and the business and corporate community.

The Neighborhood Assistance Program is not a grant program, but an "incentive" program that provides tax credits to corporations that make contributions to or administer approved programs.

Either private non- profit agencies or corporations may administer programs.
