Personal Care Homes/Assisted Living Facilities - Union, Snyder and Adjacent Counties.

• The PCH Directory tool lists all the Personal Care Homes licensed in Pennsylvania. It includes the basic identifying information on Pennsylvania's approximately 1,500 licensed personal care homes/assisted living facilities. These homes serve over 50,000 residents including the elderly and persons with disabilities who require assistance beyond the basic necessities of food and shelter but who do not need hospitalization or the services of a nursing care home (PA Dept. of Health website).
